| Our website collects information from the Membership Application Form and Your Account pages, though the only information from these pages that is authenticated is your email address. You can opt-out of receiving 'new content' email on Your Account page. We record the time/date you joined, the time/date of your last visit, the time/date of the last change you made in Your Account, the time/date of your last taste/mini-class download request, how many taste/mini-classes you've requested to download, and how many times you have visited the TYA since joining. You cannot opt-out of this record keeping. | |
| In addition, our website server automatically collects logs that record information such as visitors' IP addresses, type of operating systems, time of visit, web pages requested, etc., and identify categories of visitors by items such as domains and browser types. These logs are only used to debug/improve our website and maintain site security. No website server log record (simple text file) is linked to any TYA UserID (All TYA account information is kept in a completely separate, secure database).
